Gastronology expands Dysphalicous product range with new dishes
In September 2025 Gastronology, will be expanding its Dysphalicous product range with three new vegetable dishes: pumpkin, celeriac, and spinach.

This expansion reflects Gastronology’s mission: making healthy, tasty, and visually appealing food accessible to everyone – including those with dysphagia, who often rely on pureed meals that lack variety and visual appeal. With innovative 3D food printing technology, Gastronology restores the original shape and presentation of pureed ingredients, without compromising on taste, nutrition, or safety.
The new vegetable dishes provide greater variety and recognisability on the plate. Importantly, they are fully IDDSI Level 4 compliant (International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative), ensuring a safe texture for people with moderate swallowing difficulties and meeting global dysphagia diet standards.
The Dysphalicious 3D-printed dishes are suitable for care facilities, hospitals, and home environments – promoting better nutritional intake, greater independence, and most of all: more enjoyment at mealtimes.
